After decades in use as a multi-tenant office building, Rome Office was entrusted with returning the Alberta Hotel, built in 1916, to it's original purpose under a new moniker: Hotel Perle. Using the atrium added in a 1984 addition as the primary means of circulation, the new hotel will cater to larger group stays by featuring 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom suites, and a café at ground level where a Stutz Motor Car dealership was originally located.
